Forest Glen Homeowners Association of Oak Brook, IL

Forest Glen HOA is governed by a board of directors who are elected to two year terms.

There are seven Directors and Four are elected in one year and then three are elected in the second year.

Only owners may serve as a Director and only one person per lot may serve on the booard at the same time.

The President is elected by the board of Directors each year, usually the month following the annual meeting.

 Other positions are appointed by the President.

If an owner has an interest in serving on the board, they should contact the President or Vice President before March of each year and asked to be placed into nomination.

An annual meeting of owners takes place every June on the first Tuesday of the month and the it is at this meeting or by proxy the Vote is taken for the Board of Directors seats that are open.
