Welcome to FGHA!

It is the Forest Glen Board's hope and expectation that your will visit this website often and use it as your portal to local government and businesses. It is a work in progress by volunteers so be patient and by all means submit suggestions!

The Forest Glen Homeowners Association exists to serve the needs of its members, and assure where possible that the community retains the standards envisioned when the covenants were drawn up. All officers are elected by the membership and serve without pay. As with any association, the strength lies with active participation by all members. Our social events are a great way to get to know neighbors.

Since all residents must abide by the covenants (rules), your understanding and compliance with these covenants will do much to prevent any misunderstanding and ill will.

It is the mission of the Forest Glen Board to improve the property values in Forest Glen -through careful maintenance of our common areas, capital projects in landscape design, replacement of trees and the enforcement of our covenants.

IMPORTANT

The covenants REQUIRE that YOU seek prior board approval when you are contemplating a project outdoors.  The board has had to go into court to get TRO and sue residents who have ignored this requirement, with the residents paying FGHA's full legal and filing costs.  A very expensive mistake.  Contact the President by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call or write BEFORE you seek a  permit from the Village.  We meet the second Wednesday of the month to approve projects so get us your plans and request in writing by the first of the month.

It should be noted, that sheds and fences are not allowed in Forest GLen.  If you have a special circumstance or questions contact the President.
